| Steps For New Member Application: | |||||||||
| 1. Fill out Application For Membership and bring a credit or debit card to North Pulaski Board of REALTORSâ | |||||||||
| 2. Bring application, license number, and form of payment to the Board office at 3100 East Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood. | |||||||||
| 3. The Board office emails the CARMLS information form to CARMLS the day of joining. The Board office will | |||||||||
| provide the information the member will need to get set up for CARMLS training. | |||||||||
| 4. Member attends first or second Orientation class following application. If two absences occur, a $30 fee will be invoiced to broker. | |||||||||
| Note – Orientation is held every other month. This date will be given to the new member upon sign-up. Applicants will be reminded by phone or e-mail at least two days prior to orientation class. |
